Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube)

If you can access your account

1) Log in to The Social Forge.
2) Go to Settings -> Account.
3) Select "Delete all data" (Delete all stored content). This deletes your posts, media, analytics, notifications, and platform-derived data we store (FB/IG/YT). Your account shell is anonymized and disabled as part of this process.

Important: Posts/videos already published to Facebook/Instagram/YouTube stay on those platforms. If you want them removed, delete them in the respective platform consoles.

If you removed the app on Facebook/Instagram

Meta sends us a signed deletion callback. When we receive it, we revoke your FB/IG tokens, remove your connected pages/business accounts, and delete Meta-derived data linked to your account in our systems.

If you cannot access your account

Email privacy@thesocialforge.net with:
- The email you used for Social Forge (if known)
- Links or IDs for any connected Facebook Pages or Instagram business accounts
- Your YouTube channel handle/ID (if applicable)
We may request verification before processing.

Retention notes
---------------
- Billing records may be retained as required by law (up to 7 years).
- Anonymized analytics may be retained without personal identifiers.
